Account & Registration

To open an account at BD Rumin, you will need: an active Bangladeshi mobile number, an email address, and your full name. You must be at least 18 years old. The entire process takes just 3 minutes.

No. BD Rumin's rules allow each person to hold only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, both will be closed and the balances may be forfeited.

On the login page, click "Forgot Password?". Enter your registered mobile number or email address. An OTP will be sent to you — use it to set a new password. The entire process takes under 2 minutes.

KYC verification is required before making a withdrawal. Upload a photo of your National ID or passport. Verification is usually completed within 24–48 hours. Once verified, you won't need to do it again.

You can close your account from Account Settings or by contacting support. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closing. If you are closing for responsible gaming reasons, please use the self-exclusion option.

Deposits & Withdrawals
